The Mormon History Association’s annual conference will be in SaltLake City, June 7-10, 2018. The topic for next year’s conference is “Isolation and Integration” and the deadline for proposals is this week—Thursday the 15th. Find the Call for Papers here.

Don’t miss the language at the end of the CFP for important instructions: “Full session proposals should also include the session title and a brief abstract outlining the session’s theme, along with a confirmed or suggested chair and/or commentator, if applicable. MHA strongly encourages individuals to seek to organize panels that reflect diversity of panelists in terms of gender, institutional, social, ethnic, and religious background.”

Here are a few people we’re aware of that are looking for other presenters: 
Allison Kelly [UVA PhD] is working on a proposal on the Relief Society and the Welfare Plan. 

Rebekah Clarke is also looking for someone. She is doing a paper on the dynamics surrounding the National Council of Women, with another scholar focusing on the suffrage organizations and polygamy.

As is Ardis Parshall who is working on research methods (researching LDS records when there is no single obvious source, using Century of Black Mormons as her example.)
