ben.jpgI am a junior at the Y studying English and History. I have dreams of going to graduate school at an undecided college studying an undecided field (english, literature, history, or religious studies).  I am mostly interested in the Joseph Smith Era, the Romantic era, and when I put those two together, the influence of romanticism on the early church. In general, I love to study the influence of culture and ideology on religious thought.

The biggest news for me is I am recently married, and I (happily) spend all my free time with my new wife. I’m also better known by my blogname, Faithful Philip.
